"Sarah" has structureThe mythconception track "Sarah In the Garden" now has rough music and a structure, to the point where I could begin recording it. That means the first four tracks of the project all have structure and form, and are more or less ready to record. The rest of the album remains sketchy at best. While working on "Sarah In the Garden," I had to refine the lyrics to better suit the music and structure. I've updated the mythconception lyrics page to reflect the changes.

Crummy healthUnfortunately, I have no signifigant progress to report lately. My health has been poor so far this winter, and I've been put on some heavy meds recently. Among several other things, doctors suspect that I have rheumatoid arthritis. (For one example of the problems.) The good news is that I'm feeling some mental improvements and the spluttering creative fire is starting to grow again. The bad news is that I'm sleepy, groggy, and low on energy while these new meds are settling into my system. So the health issues are still dominating, but there's hope for recovery and improvement—and by extension, there's hope for getting back on-track musically. I still am playing guitar just about every day. There are several ideas I keep playing with. But it's just not "gelled" yet.
